The NEXON HeavyShock PRO 5 J kit is designed for building an electric fence system that can operate independently from the mains. The package includes a HeavyShock Professional energizer, a 30 W NEXON solar panel with support and a 12 V / 18 Ah battery.

The energizer can be used in electric fence systems for domestic animals as well as in areas exposed to wild animals. The HeavyShock Professional features an integrated charge controller designed for use with a photovoltaic panel.

The solar panel cable connects directly to the energizer, which manages charging of the 12 V battery through the battery connection cable. This allows the system to operate without a permanent connection to mains electricity.

Under suitable sunlight and operating conditions, the combination of the 30 W solar panel and 12 V / 18 Ah battery is suitable for autonomous operation during the grazing season from April to October.
