The NEXON BeastShock 8.5 J kit is designed for building a high-performance electric fencing system and includes the main components required for a fence using up to 1,500 m of conductor.

The system is suitable for containing domestic animals such as sheep, goats, cattle, pigs, horses and dogs, as well as for use in areas exposed to wild animals including bears, wild boar, wolves, foxes and deer.

At the heart of the kit is the NEXON BeastShock Industrial 8.5 J energizer, which can operate from 230 V AC or 12 V DC and provides a maximum output voltage of 13,000 V. The 12 V operating option allows the system to be used in locations without direct access to mains electricity when paired with a suitable power source.
