KERBL SnailStop complete electric slug fence kit, 10 m

The KERBL SnailStop electric system is designed to protect vegetable beds and other cultivated areas against slugs without the use of toxic substances. It creates a discreet electric barrier and can be installed around raised beds, borders and other suitable surfaces.

The self-adhesive tape features two parallel electrically conductive contact strips. When a slug touches both strips at the same time, it receives a brief 9 V electrical impulse that causes it to retreat. The tape can be applied to wood, metal, plastic, stone and concrete.

The power unit operates with a 9 V battery and features two LEDs for monitoring battery and power status. Pulse control helps reduce energy consumption, while the system can be extended to a total length of up to 30 m using additional tape and optional connectors.
