Kerbl SnailStop connector for electric slug fence tape, set of 2

The Kerbl SnailStop connector is designed to join two sections of SnailStop tape and makes it easy to extend an existing slug protection system. Additional 10 m or 20 m tape sections can be added as required.

The connector includes a contact clamp that provides electrical continuity between the two tape sections. The total length of the SnailStop system must not exceed the recommended maximum of 30 m.

Instructions for use

To join two tape sections, cut the ends straight and align them in the joining plate. Remove the protective film, press the tape firmly into place, then attach the contact clamp to create the electrical connection.

The fence does not need to form a closed circuit. Joining the ends of the system is not mandatory, although it may improve connection reliability. Excess tape can be trimmed with scissors.
